This past weekend was the second round of the Galician championship. This championship consists of 7 races on different circuits and this second round was held on the small and complicated circuit Boiro.
With a race format where the drivers run in the same day the nitro and also electric off-road cars, the drivers had on Saturday free practice. They had three hours to find a good starting setup for a circuit that became during the day more and more bumpy.

The qualification began on Sunday where Cristian Villar managed to be the first of the qualifiers, however had some problems with slower drivers. In the second qualification thanks to a good strategy from the pits, and with clean driving to pull everything down, Christian took the win with 8 seconds at the second position of a fast Bernardez Dani.

In the semifinal A were many very fast drivers so this semifinal was very difficult. In the beginning Cristian Villar had a very good start and did not let Jose Porto to overtook him in the first corner. During the first 5 minutes was Ivan Cerdeira close to Christian, however then a number of Ivan mistakes allowed to increase the gap and soon Cristian was in lead one lap over second.

When the semifinal was about 12 minutes it began to rain very heavy and the semifinals were stopped and the results were taken from the qualifications.
